Locking unit for cylinders Ř 16-125 mm and piston rods Ř 6-32 mm

A product which combines the familiar and traditional aspect of the UNIVER locking unit and a new and revolutionary “elastic heart” capable to improve its performances under every point of view.
Maximum locking force, excellent response time, high cinetic energy which can be
dissipated, excellent locking repeatibility, high resistance to shock and vibrations.
Working pressure  4 ÷ 10 bar
Release pressure 4 bar min.
Ambient temperature -20 ÷ 80 °C
Fluid  filtered air, lubricated or non lubricated

Prearranged only for piston rods in chromium-plated steel
The locking units tolerate easily the variations of the load applied as well as the application of sudden loads
The locking units function without problems also if piston rods or shafts are dirty with oil or grease
The CE safety specifications are fully observed
